2002 – Nam Kim Group was established on December 23rd 2002 in Thuan An Ward, Binh Duong Prov., Vietnam with 60 billions VND of capital (1st Factory)
2010 – Start of construction of steel – roofing Nam Kim plant at Dong An IP, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot Prov., Binh Duong (2nd Factory) with total investment 1,000 billion VND.
– The Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company becomes Public Company.
2011 – Nam Kim JSC officially was listed on the stock exchange with code NKG. Increase the nominal capital to 299 billions VND.
2012 – The 2nd Factory plant completed with 6 production lines, raise total capacity to 520,000 MTs/year
2015 – Start of construction of steel – roofing Nam Kim plant at Dong An IP, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot Prov., Binh Duong (3rd Factory). with the total investment 2,500 billions VND.
Expanding 2nd Factory plant completed with total 7 production lines, raise total capacity to 640,000 MTs/year.
2016 – Nam Kim Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company was established at Vinh Loc Inductrial Area, Long An Prov., Vietnam with the total investment 79 billions VND (4th Factory).
2017 – The 3rd Factory plant completed with 5 production lines, raise total capacity to 1,160,000 MTs/year.
– Nam Kim Steel was ranked in the top 3 in the Top 50 Best Companies in Vietnam list 2016 and Top 5 2017.
